We have generated a system to make scissor sharpening as easy as possible. All you need to do is book an appointment with us by sending us an email at [email protected] or calling us on 0421 957 488.

Once our staff has confirmed your schedule, you can now get your scissors sharpened by following the instructions provided. Please note that we only currently service those who are Perth-based. For those who are not in Perth, you may use our postal sharpening service.

Before we handle your scissors, we first conduct a pre-test and assess whether your scissors need any other adjustments. Once we rule out other possible defects, we then sharpen, clean, polish and balance your scissors. We try to retain its factory default condition, or at least maintain its original form as much as possible.

Convex-shaped scissors are a bit different than bevel edged shears. They require different sharpening techniques. In order for us to maintain its shape and quality, convex shears are usually dismantled to enable us to sharpen the blades correctly.

After sharpening, we then conduct another test to make sure it is working at its maximum capacity. Once approved by our quality control team, we then inform the owner that the scissors are ready for delivery.
